The studio is a full circle space which combines many of my creative passions; designing, weaving, hat, clothing and jewellery making. With a Fine Arts degree and as a teacher of Textiles and Art my interest for collecting vintage and repurposed materials stems from my mother’s Mennonite thrift mindset.

My passion for continually learning, making and teaching is inspired by my family and students. Mindfully making objects slowly, carefully and intentionally which honour the source and the process.
